Laci's love for fitness began under the Friday night lights. A journey of competitive and traditional cheerleading led her to cheering for the University of North Alabama and working for the largest cheerleading company in the world. 

Laci wants nothing more than to meet you right where you are in her endurance-based classes. She incorporates a variety of tempos and meaningful movement to restore your mind, renew your strength, and refill your spirit.
