IT’S TIME FOR YOUR

FIRST CLASS

So you’re ready to say yes and take your fitness to the next level?

We are proud (and honored) to be a small part of this first step. We want to help you feel the most confident when you step through our doors, so here’s four ways to set yourself up for success before class begins.

Arrive at least fifteen minutes before class begins so we can meet you and help you get set up for success!

Strength class? Tennis shoes

Cycle class? Cycle shoes with SPD or Delta clips (don’t worry we rent them)

Pilates or barre? Barefoot or barre socks

Yellow text "HYDRATE HYDRATE HYDRATE" on black background.

Whether it’s your first workout or you’re a pro, we always encourage our members to have water nearby. Hydration is key.

We choose to move and grow as one. Don’t be afraid to introduce yourself to your teammates!

LET’S GET READY FOR YOUR FIRST

CYCLE CLASS

Your first Cycle class can feel scary with a lot of firsts—clipping into your bike, feeling the beat drop, and rising out of the saddle for the first time. But don’t worry, we’ve got you.

Coach Cat breaks down everything that you need to know before stepping into the Cycle room, from how to check-in to setting up your bike. Tap the links below to jump in!
