Coach Eliza’s Favorite Granola

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup almonds

1/3 cup cashews

3 cups oats (I use gluten-free)

3/4 maple syrup

1/3 cup coconut oil (melted)

11/2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp cardamom

1 tsp salt

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 300°.

Add ingredients to a large bowl and stir to combine.

Spread evenly onto a nonstick baking sheet.

Bake for 30 minutes (stir every 10 minutes for even browning).
